descriptive theory, case based reasoning. This is used to solve problems. When people face new problem,
people use past experience.

case library, a collection of past experiences which can be used to predict
what will happen.

2)Goal is something
that people what to achieve.
|
|
3)When people want
to achieve goals, they expect the result is to be success.
|

4)When people try to
achieve their goal, they use their past experiences to achieve goal. People select a case to achieve a
library.

5)Even if people
expect success, failure may happen. This is called expectation failure.

6)Explanation is
necessary to use their case library usefully. It helps creating next plan and goals.
