Evaluation in any organisation is necessary because it is a measure that helps to see whether the set objectives have been achieved or not. In most cases it becomes difficult to evaluate our organisations because of lack of objectives in the first place or lack of clarity of the objectives if they are available.Due to this problem we end up evaluating nothing.
The other point I would like to make is that evaluation acts as guide on whether we are giving our clients better services or goods.In education sector we do carry out evaluation of the school curriculum to see if what the learners are learning is responsive to societal needs.
The same applies to corporate education which requires evaluation to check if the employees are getting the necessary training that enables them deliver at a work place. But what is done in most cases is that most individuals avoid evaluation because to most workers it sounds like witch-hunting where people think that they are going to lose their jobs if evaluation results happen to be negative.

Any evaluation of the system must take into account the responsibility of the educational administration for the quality of education.
Encouragement should be given to an evaluation that considers the quality and effectiveness of the policies adopted.
There is no simple solution but which cannot be ignored if we are to achieve efficient and effective evaluation of the education system.
