I will implement e-learning in Bukit Mertajam High School for the subject Information Communication Technology (ICT). I will change face-to-face learning style to synchronous e-learning style. At the moment, ICT contents are currently available in text document and multimedia CD-ROM. I will reform this material into web base and to make it available in the internet using LMS. By implementing synchronous e-learning for ICT student, they can realize a variety of benefits, including:
- Classes are scheduled using a live presenter.
- This type of training most closely resembles the traditional classroom approach.
- The advantages are that the students have the ability to interact with the teacher for questions and workshops. Teacher act as facilitator.
- Learning can be available to all individuals from the convenience of their desktop.
- Learners can revise the learning content at anytime anywhere.
- Learners can access any part of module they interest more.

Very good idea. Good learning should be interactive both with the content and the teacher who assumes the role of a facilitator. This is what I need to do in my country.It is an excellent tool in our distance education and opening learning.
