Thank you A-san for sharing your views and ideas about what you have gained through this course.
I see you have a great challenge ahead of you in reviewing PSC training back in Fiji and I note that you will undertake a blended approach to delivering training. Is it possible to elaborate for such an approach?
Also it seems that you are focused on the students abilities and outcomes. Do you think trainers are ready to teach online or the blended mode?

May I add a question since looking at the ID competencies in Fig 13-6 (p.13) of chapter 13, do you think that it is possible to say that you can become an ID after completing this course?
