I am conducting research on the construction of a new system for human resource development in the workplace, not only from the perspective of the corporate organization, but also by adding the concept of career autonomy for individual employees. From the standpoint of an expert in teaching systems and career consulting, I would like to approach career autonomy support for both corporate organizations and individuals.
