[Posting comments on the Discussion Board]
Post an example of learning task (A) classified into one category (B) of any scheme discussed in this session. Discuss why you have chosen that category (B) for your learning task (A), and what would happen if the task were placed under an inappropriate category. Note that the learning task (A) should be something you are familiar with and that the classification scheme that include the category (B) should be chosen from among those discussed in this session.

Example
Suppose you are going to teach a learning task that students became capable of categorizing as a certain learning objective, the ability to categorize learning objectives (A) falls under Application (B) based on Bloom's taxonomy and it falls under Concrete Concept (B') of Intellectual Skills based on Gagné's classification. It is because only memorizing category names is insufficient as a goal of learning, which would fell under Knowledge (Bloom) and under Verbal Information (Gagné). The student are required to classify specific goals one by one by placing them into a certain category under the domain you are to deal with, but if I treated this objective as Knowledge or Verbal Information, I would mistakenly ask my students to memorize the names of categories and recite them in the test without having them applied their classification skills.
