Description
Read the following two documents and write about the challenges of e-Learning strategies from the standpoint of either universities or institutions such as enterprises (you do not necessarily need to take the standpoint of the institution you belong to), referring to the knowledge and information obtained from the documents (the target length is approximately 500 words). You should also refer to "access" to education or learning opportunities, "quality" of education or learning, and "efficiency" (or "cost") in providing education.
In addition, read reports written by other learners and make at least one comment.
