Dear A: Very well written report that meets all the requirements. Well done.

There are some points that can be improved, as follows:

1) In 2.0 System design, you mentioned LMS. It could have been dealt with other components of learning environment, other than the course itself, either within LMS or external to the LMS. In System design, you design other elements outside of the course itself, as parts of learning environment, things like progress tracking mechanism, learning community among the users, off-line activities, etc.

2) In 5.0 Motivation design, you mentioned ARCS model. It could have been used to provide more detailed analysis of learners from motivational design aspects. For example, lack of two-way communication and end-of-chapter activities may impact negatively to Satisfaction of learning outcome. Discussion board may add positive effect on Relevance, etc. The ARCS Model can also be your framework when you propose an "improvement" to show why what you are proposing would enhance motivational feature of the courseware, thus it is in fact regarded as an improvement, not something comes out of your personal preference, but suggestion based on a theory.

All in all, your report is in good quality.
