I continue to develop educational materials and educational practices for residents and nurses in emergency centres. I would like to continue to work on research related to supporting learning in the workplace and designing learning environments in the workplace. Furthermore, I hope to further develop the research I am currently working on, and this year I intend to further increase the content of procedures in the emergency area in the learning management system we developed, and utilise AI and movement analysis software as a means of evaluating procedures.
