So far, I have been dealing with workplace problem solving in the Emergency Medical Center, as well as practicing education for initial clinical residents and nurses, and continuing my research. I intend to continue my research on learning support on the job and on designing learning environments in the workplace. This year, we plan to proceed with the development and evaluation of a learning management system that enables first-year residents to learn basic procedures in the emergency area by themselves.
