I continue to develop educational materials and implement training programs for resident physicians and nurses at the Emergency and Critical Care Center. Moving forward, I intend to focus on research related to supporting workplace learning and designing learning environments in the workplace. I plan to further develop my current research; this year, I aim to migrate from the learning management system I developed to the more versatile Moodle platform, and explore methods for evaluating clinical skills, including the use of AI.
