Yasuyuki Iwanaga

Leveraging my expertise from GSIS, I have been actively integrating Instructional Design (ID) into clinical education. My key achievements include introducing ID principles to nursing preceptors and developing an instructor-training checklist for CPR courses based on Gagne’s Nine Events of Instruction. Additionally, I designed a specialized checklist for paramedic tracheal intubation training. Moving forward as a collaborative researcher, I am committed to refining and resubmitting my manuscript on the instructor-training checklist, incorporating new evidence and rigorous data analysis to ensure its successful publication in an academic journal.
