I designed and implemented a self-transformative learning program for frailty prevention based on instructional systems theory and summarized the outcomes in my master’s thesis. By integrating the Goda et al. learning support framework with instructional design theories, I examined behavioral-level changes in a community-based course. I presented my work at JSET 2026 and plan to present at APSCE TBICS 2026 and the Japanese Occupational Therapy Congress. As an associate researcher, I aim to systematize these findings and develop a practical and generalizable learning support framework.
