I am researching training designs for effective and efficient acquisition of practical skills by medical professionals working in clinical settings.
One of my past research achievements is “Proposal of training design for acquisition of practical skills―Investigation and improvement of the previous version based on classification of learning domains ―(JSISE Short Note)” targeting the field of nursing.
In the future, I would like to deepen this study as a learning design for acquiring practical skills in healthcare, while expanding the target fields.
