My research focuses on the design of outcome-based training programs that enable healthcare professionals in clinical settings to acquire practical competence effectively and efficiently, with the aim of improving the quality of healthcare.
As a previous research achievement, I published a study in the nursing field titled “A Proposal for Training Design to Support the Acquisition of Practical Competence: An Investigation and Improvement of Conventional Programs Based on Learning Task Classification” (JSISE).
Building on this work, my current research expands the target professional domains and seeks to develop outcome-based learning design principles applicable across healthcare professions.
