Hisae Sato
This study is based on theories of educational technology and instructional design learned at GSIS. It explores how the work experience of local government employees can be understood as learning experience. It also focuses on the dual structure of evaluation and on practical knowledge in the workplace. The results will be prepared for publication as an academic paper.
