As the needs of administrative services become more diverse and complex, and the composition of organizational personnel changes, the quantity and quality of the work performed by staff members also changes. There is an increasing need to efficiently acquire knowledge and develop the ability to address challenges. Against the backdrop of administrative reform and generational turnover among staff, we are conducting research on educational approaches that support the learning of local government employees.
