COVID-19 organized a study group on human resource development cases, and this situation is expected to continue. We would like to examine how to design an online human resource development case study group to be linked to learning effects. We would like to set up a learning mechanism that is intentional, self-reliant, and self-directed by the participants, and connect it to the useful learning of the participants.
