Due to the impact of the COVID-19, we were unable to hold a human resources development case study meeting, but this situation is expected to continue. We would like to examine how to design an online study group for case studies of human resource development to be linked to learning effects. We would like to establish a system of intentional, self-reliant, and self-directed learning for participants, and link it to beneficial learning for participants.
