As an associate researcher, I aim to strengthen evidence-based human resource development in manufacturing through rigorous instructional design. In my Master’s research, I redesigned a DX training program using the ARCS model and evaluated how followership and the DESC method improve young employees’ collaborative skills and learning transfer. I presented these results at the Japan Society for Educational Technology (JSET), demonstrating the value of motivational design for workplace application. In practice, I design and implement career and health management training for senior employees, continuously translating research findings into scalable interventions and feeding field data back into further research across sites.
