After entering GSIS (Graduate School of Instructional Systems) in 2012, I conduct educational activities utilizing ID (Instructional Design) at work. I held a seminar on the Five-views of ID for nurse-training staffs. In addition, I developed a course for training instructor of cardiopulmonary resuscitation using Gagne’s 9 events of instruction. And I created a checklist for intubation practice of an emergency medical technician. In the future, I would like to develop and publish a learning system based on ID for skills development of an anesthesiologist utilizing our checklists, already created, by collaborating with you.
